When booked April through September, enjoy the pole barn and entire ECO Center facility with a private party. Available time slots include:

  • Fridays: (5:30 pm - 7:30 pm)

  • Saturdays: (11:00 am - 1:00 pm, 2:30 pm - 4:30 pm or 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm)

  • Sundays: (11:00 am - 1:00 pm or 2:30 pm - 4:30 pm)

ECO BIRTHDAY - $215

Includes:

  • Indoor seating for up to 60 guests, outdoor seating for up to 40 guests, table covers, electric hookup, refrigerator/freezer access, and trash disposal.  You may arrive up to 30 minutes prior to your event window to set up. 

  • Admission passes for up to twelve (3-17 year old) guests, which includes unlimited access to ECO Center activities.

  • Unlimited admission passes for guests (0-2 and 18+)

  • Special gift for the birthday boy or girl

    • Additional admission passes can be purchased for $8/each.

ECO BIRTHDAY BASH - $350

Includes:

  • Indoor seating for up to 60 guests, outdoor seating for up to 40 guests, table covers, electric hookup, refrigerator/freezer access, and trash disposal.  You may arrive up to 30 minutes prior to your event window to set up. 

  • Admission passes for up to twelve (3-17 year old) guests, which includes unlimited access to ECO Center activities

  • Unlimited admission passes for guests (0-2 and 18+)

  • Special gift for the birthday boy or girl

  • Decorated L & P cake (white, chocolate, or half and half)– serves up to 35 people

  • Eco-friendly compostable serving plates, napkins, and silverware

  • 5 lb container of feed for the petting zoo.

  • Refreshments for up to 35 guests (water, juice boxes, and fresh popcorn).

  • Camp fire with roasters and s’mores ingredients for up to 35 guests.

  • Nature Scavenger Hunt

    • Additional admission passes can be purchased for $8/each.

Fall Festival Birthday party - $199

Includes:

  • 2-hr rental of private pop up tents with seating for up to 30 guests

  • Electric hookup, refrigerator/freezer access, and trash disposal.

  • Admission passes for up to 25 guests, which includes unlimited access to ECO Center activities.

  • Special gift for the birthday boy or girl

    • Additional admission passes can be purchased for $8/each.

  •  You may arrive up to 30 minutes prior to your event window to set up and you and your guests can enjoy all the fall festival has to offer until we close at 5 pm.

 

2-Hour BARN RENTAL - $250

  • Fridays: (5:00 pm - 10:00 pm)

  • Saturdays: (10:00 am - 11:00 pm)

  • Sundays: (Noon- 7:00 pm)

Includes: Indoor seating for up to 60 guests, outdoor seating for up to 40 guests, table covers, electric hookup, refrigerator/freezer access, and trash disposal.  You may arrive up to 1 hour before your rental window to set up.  This package is perfect for Graduation Parties, Family Reunions, and Corporate Picnics. ECO Center activities can be added on from the a la carte menu for $125/hour.

  • 24 Hour in Advance Setup Fee: $150

*Barn rental is not available on the weekends in October due to the operation of our fall festival and haunted trail. 

FIRE PIT RENTAL - $4.00 / person*

Our cobble stone fire pit that is located at the edge of the woods is available from 6:30 pm to 11:30 pm Wednesday through Saturday.

Includes:

  • 2.5 hour rental of the fire pit and ignition one hour prior to arrival

  • Seating for up to 20 people

  • Fire wood for the evening

  • 5 hot dog roasters

  • Trash & recycling receptacles and waste disposal

You are welcome to bring in your own food, drinks, and chairs.  This is perfect for after hour events, Girl and Boy Scout gatherings, and family reunions.

*Must have a minimum of 15 guests for that rate.

ENTIRE FACILITY RENTAL
